  The staff is so sweet and easy to talk to. The new orthodontist is amazing, so fun and down to earth. The receptionists are always friendly no matter how busy they are, Tony makes x-rays a very pleasant and comfortable experience, and everyone else there works to make sure you are taken care of, questions are also welcomed which is a plus. They send out reminders for your appointments so you never have to worry about forgetting the time and date. The only negative experience I have had is that there have been several nuances with pricing and payments. The office manager did talk with me in his office at the old location to personally apologize which is something I appreciate. Other than that, just show up 15 minutes early to your appointments and you will be in and out in no time with a smile.
